Hampton native Jake Cave added to New York Yankees 40-man roster

The New York Yankees added Hampton native Jake Cave to their 40-man roster on Monday afternoon, according to the team’s Twitter account.

Cave, a standout at Kecoughtan, hit .305 with 20 home runs and 56 RBI in two minor league stops in 2017.
