Facebook secretly launches new app in China

Facebook just launched a new photo-sharing app in China called Colorful Balloons. Facebook kept the app a secret since the social networking site is banned in China. Colorful Balloons is reportedly similar to Facebook's Moments app that allows users to share photos with their family and friends. China banned Facebook in July 2019... So the tech giant released the app through a local company.
