Trump deals major blow to Obamacare by ending subsidies

President Trump has revealed a two-pronged effort to undermine Obamacare. The White House announced late Thursday night that it will end government subsidies for health insurers. That follows a move by the president to bypass Obamacare rules and help employers buy cheaper insurance. Nancy Cordes reports.
