Trump halts key Obamacare subsidies to insurers

President Trump has now made his mark on healthcare in America after the White House announced it would be ending key Obamacare subsidies to insurers. Trump then criticized Obamacare again, a measure he's tried repeatedly to repeal. The Congressional Budget Office said that premiums would spike in the short term, insurers would exit the market and deficits would increase.
