US detention center nurse speaks out about widespread hysterectomies and COVID-19 threat

A licensed nurse who worked at a private detention facility in southeast Georgia has submitted a damning complaint about the disregard shown towards detainees and staff in response to COVID-19 and also a large number of hysterecomies.
