The Federal Aviation Administration is proposing a $3.92 million fine on Southwest Airlines over weight calculations that were allegedly incorrect, the agency announced Jan. 10. The FAA said in a statement that between May 1, 2018, and Aug. 9, 2018, Dallas-based Southwest Airlines Co.
