SFO has just opened a new outdoor observation deck where the public is welcome to satisfy their aviation interests with sweeping views of the airport. The 1,460-square-foot SkyTerrace offers visitors 180-degree views of the busiest section of SFO, where all four runways intersect. Located before the security checkpoint in Terminal 2, the observation deck is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is free to the general public, with or without a ticket or boarding pass.
