CleanSpark Inc (NASDAQ:CLSK) announced that its recently-acquired design and innovation consulting subsidiary P2klabs Inc has executed multiple contracts with long-term customers.  The deals will bring in more than $1.1 million in annual revenue, the company said.  “Long-term service contracts are a staple of P2k Labs’ business model, and our customers’ commitment to annual agreements highlight their tremendous trust in our capabilities and services,” Chief Revenue Officer Amer Tadayon said in a statement.  The Las Vegas-based firm specializes in applying design, technology, and business process methodologies to create intuitive digital experiences and journeys that help transform and grow businesses. We are increasingly well positioned to reach profitability before the end of the calendar year.” CleanSpark, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, makes software that allows an energy microgrid to be scaled to the user's specific needs and implemented across commercial, industrial, military and agricultural sectors.
