Oahu single-family home sales jump 19% in February

Single-family home sales on Oahu rose by 18% in February, continuing a pattern from the past 12 months, as the median price declined 3%, while condominium sales stalled as the median rose by 2%, according to a report by Honolulu real estate firm Locations.
