It wasn’t a big year for flipping homes in South Florida in 2019, according to ATTOM Data Solutions. There were 6,914 home flips in the tri-county region last year, down 1.6% from the prior year. ATTOM counts a home flip as a resale of the same property within 12 months in an arms-length transaction. In 2019, 6.4% of all home sales in South Florida were flips.
