Home sales on Hawaii Island continue strong showing in February

After getting off to a strong start in January, home sales on Hawaii Island continued to increase in February, compared to a year ago, while median prices see-sawed for single-family homes and condominiums, with prices rising and falling by double-digits, according to statistics from Hawaii Information Service on behalf of Hawaii Island Realtors.
