Birmingham investor buys Alabama apartment complex in $11M deal

An 80-unit apartment complex in Huntsville has sold for $11.76 million. Birmingham-based Red Street Investment Co. acquired the property for $147,000 per unit from Morrison Avenue Capital Partners. The complex features condo-style living with ground floor entry, predominantly brick exteriors and 1,350-square-foot average floor plans.
