Abbott eases some economic restrictions across Texas

As Gov. Greg Abbott takes initial steps toward reopening parts of the Texas economy, there are some new regulations to consider and a new task force made up of business leaders from around the Lone Star State who have a line to the top politician in the state. Abbott ordered that non-essential surgeries can continue and that stores can re-open April 24 offering "retail-to-go" — home deliveries and curbside pickup of items.
