MilkWood, an upscale downtown Louisville restaurant owned Chef Edward Lee, won't be reopening as a regular restaurant as coronavirus restrictions ease. Instead, its kitchen will be used to support a new program in honor of a West End restaurant owner that was killed in a shooting last week.
