Gilead's latest deal aims to spread Covid-fighting drug globally

Gilead Sciences Inc. continued to build out its global network of manufacturers and distributors for the Covid-19-fighting drug remdesivir, signing on a large Indian company in its latest deal. A dollar value for the deal between Foster City-based Gilead (NASDAQ: GILD) and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (NYSE: RDY) wasn't disclosed, but it gives Dr. Reddy's the right to register, manufacture and sell remdesivir in 127 countries, including India.
