Newly tapped Ohio health director declines post within hours of her selection

Dr. Joan Duwve has decided not to be Ohio's next health director, hours after Gov. Mike DeWine announced she'd been selected for the position. Duwve, an Ohio State University graduate who just a few months ago was named to a similar position in South Carolina, withdrew for "personal reasons," according to statement from the governor's office late Thursday.
