Facebook And Twitter Defend Themselves Against Accusations Of Anti-Conservative Bias
Sen. Ted Cruz took a stance against social media over their alleged anti-conservative bias. According to Broadcasting & Cable, Cruz spoke out in the Senate Judiciary’s Constitution Subcommittee. Testifying for Twitter was director of public policy and philanthropy, U.S. & Canada, Carlos Monje Jr. Representing social media giant Facebook was public policy director Neil Potts. Both Twitter and Facebook defended themselves and said they do not censor conservative speech.
