Cuomo to sue Trump administration over banning New Yorkers from ‘trusted traveler’ programs

New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Friday he plans to sue the Trump administration over its plans to stop New Yorkers from enrolling in “trusted traveler” programs, a move the administration said was provoked by the state’s sanctuary city policies toward illegal immigrants.
