DHS’ Cuccinelli hits Rand Paul for ‘uninformed’ claims on response to Portland riots

Deputy Homeland Security Secretary Ken Cuccinelli on Monday criticized Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., for what he called “uninformed” claims about the DHS response to the riots in Portland.
