Khris Davis crushes first homer of the season in Athletics' 11-1 trouncing of Mariners

The Oakland Athletics cruised to victory over the Seattle Mariners Monday night thanks to an eight-run fifth inning. A's slugger Khris Davis got his first home run of the season in the game. Oakland starting pitcher Frankie Montas spun an excellent game, giving up only one run and striking out eight over seven innings pitched.
