Earthquake strikes Tokyo as it braces for worst storm in decades

A man was seen on a swing in a park in Tokyo, Japan on Saturday morning (October 12) despite an evacuation warning issued ahead of Typhoon Hagibis. The storm was the worst to hit the country in decades, leaving at least 37 dead and 20 missing. The typhoon slammed into eight prefectures across Japan, with wind speeds of up to 225km/h (140mph), which damaged buildings, trees and cars while also causing mass flooding.
