Americans quarantined on cruise ship in Japan begin returning home

Dozens of Americans quarantined on a cruise ship in Japan who have not tested positive for the coronavirus are on their way home Sunday. They boarded two planes headed to Air Force bases in California and Florida. However, the situation on board the Diamond Princess is severe as a surge of infections remain. Deborah Patta reports.
