Harvey Weinstein attorney plans to appeal guilty verdict

Harvey Weinstein’s legal team is saying the disgraced Hollywood mogul didn’t get a fair trial after he was convicted of rape in the third degree and criminal sexual act in the first degree. Weinstein was taken to a hospital for chest pains after the verdict was announced. He now faces up to 29 years in prison. Jericka Duncan reports.
