Ratings: The CW’s ‘Katy Keene’ Falls Below Half-a-Million Viewers for First Time

Yet another “Station 19”-“Grey’s Anatomy” crossover carried ABC to a Thursday primetime win. The CW’s “Katy Keene” had a pretty different kind of evening.

ABC was first in ratings with a 0.9 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 5.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. “Station 19” at 8 p.m. posted a 1.0/6 and 6.5 million viewers. At 9, “Grey’s Anatomy” put up a 1.1/6 and 6 million viewers. “A Million Little Things” at 10 had a 0.6/4 and 3.7 million viewers.

Fox and Univision tied for second in ratings, both with a 0.6/3. Fox was third in total viewers with 3.5 million, Univision was fifth with 1.7 million.

For Fox, “Last Man Standing” at 8 had a 0.7/4 and 4.1 million viewers. At 8:30, “Outmatched” got a 0.5/3 and 2.5 million viewers. “Deputy” at 9 received a 0.6/3 and 3.6 million viewers.

CBS and NBC tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.5/3. CBS was second in total viewers with 4.6 million, NBC was fourth with 2.4 million.

For CBS, following reruns, “Tommy” at 10 had a 0.5/3 and 4.6 million viewers.

For NBC, “Superstore” at 8 got a 0.6/4 and 2.6 million viewers. At 8:30, “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” received a 0.5/2 and 1.8 million viewers. “Will & Grace” at 9 managed a 0.4/2 and 2.1 million viewers. At 9:30, “Indebted” matched its lead-in’s rating and share, but slipped to 1.5 million viewers. “Law & Order: SVU” picked things up a bit, averaging a 0.6/4 and 3.3 million viewers in the 10 o’clock hour.

Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.4/2 and in viewers with 1.1 million.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.1/1 and in viewers with 396,000. “Katy Keene” at 8 settled for a 0.1/1 and 488,000 viewers. A rerun followed.
