Florida's east coast braces for Hurricane Dorian

Mandatory evacuations are in place for eight counties along Florida's east coast, and a hurricane warning extends north of Cape Canaveral, almost to Jacksonville. When Dorian hits, there could be storm surge of up to seven inches. Mark Strassmann reports.
