States of emergency declared in Florida, North Carolina and parts of Georgia ahead of Hurricane Dorian's arrival

With Hurricane Dorian's path so unpredictable, Florida, South Carolina and parts of Georgia have all declared states of emergency ahead of the storm. Along Florida's east coast, people are busy boarding up hoping for the best, anticipating the worst. Mireya Villarreal reports.
