Senate Leaders speak out against racial inequity
The Senate opened on Monday with leaders condemning the recent deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, black Americans, by police in Minnesota and Kentucky and the shooting death of black jogger Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia by two white men. (June 1)
