Obamacare: First estimates lower than administration hoped for

The Wall Street Journal estimates only 40,000 to 50,000 people have enrolled for health insurance through the federal exchange. The Obama administration has not released their numbers yet, but if they are very low, it could threaten the law's financial strength. CBS News White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
