Federal Reserve wraps final policy meeting of 2013

All eyes are on the Federal Reserve, which concludes its last policy meeting of the year Wednesday. Since May, when Chairman Ben Bernanke first suggested that the Fed could reduce its emergency bond buying, investors have been obsessed with how and when the action could occur.
