Boston area to get up to 18 inches of snow

A winter storm that's affecting the northeast is expected to deliver up to 18 inches of fresh snow to eastern Massachusetts. This is the 13th major storm system to affect the U.S. this winter. Eric Fischer of Boston station WBZ has the latest.
