A federal advisory committee to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention voted Tuesday recommended the first coronavirus vaccines should be distributed to health care workers and residents of long term care facilities. If the FDA grants emergency approval, the first doses could be available in mid-December. Dr. Jennifer Kates, senior vice president and director of global health and HIV policy at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, joins CBSN's "Red and Blue" anchor Elaine Quijano with more on the recommendation.
