US Exports To China Dropped 22% In August
According to Business Insider, China's exports to America plunged 16% to $44.4 billion in August. It was a sharp acceleration from their 6.5% drop in July. President Donald Trump's trade war and its associated tariffs sapped demand for Chinese goods in their biggest foreign market. Chinese imports of US goods dropped by about 22%, suggesting American exporters are also suffering from the trade war.
