Northern Ireland's DUP will not support a Corbyn-led government

Northern Ireland's Democratic Unionist Party will not consider supporting a government led by Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, as it would be "hugely detrimental" to the United Kingdom, DUP leader Arlene Foster said on Tuesday.

The DUP leader has made clear her party would not support a Jeremy Corbyn-led Labour government in a hung parliament. At the launch of a policy document in Belfast, Arlene Foster claimed Mr Corbyn would be bad for the future of the Union. She insisted her party would not countenance a deal with Mr Corbyn.
