California Close To Banning Pet Shop Sales Of Non-Rescue Cats, Dogs And Rabbits

California will become the first state to ban pet stores from selling non rescue cats, dogs or rabbits. it is all up to Gov.

Jerry Brown who will make the decision to sign the bill sent to him this week.

The Pet Rescue and Adoption Act, passed the California State Senate with a 32-0 vote on Tuesday.

it also passed in the State Assembly in May on a 55-11 vote..
