Signs That You Aren't The Greatest Friend

[Friends] can reduce stress, help you cope with trauma, and encourage positive behavior."
Unfortunately, bad friendship can do the opposite.
If you find yourself being untrustworthy, judgmental, clingy, avoiding important events, or self absorbed... you may be a bad friend.
It is important acknowledge if you exhibit any of these behaviors and to change them if you do.
