At Only 19 Years Old, Juan Soto Is Crushing It
Juan Soto became the fifth youngest player in baseball’s live-ball era with a multi-homer game on Thursday.
The 19-year-old Nationals outfielder only started this season in Class-A ball, reports Deadspin.
In 20 games and 78 plate appearances, he's batting .344 with five homers and 11 RBI.
Soto is the youngest player with a multi–home run game since Andruw Jones in 1996.
Yankees manager Aaron Boone even had to give it to Soto, saying, "Strong kid."
