Newser reports that a US magistrate has ordered the Ohio man who lied to authorities about being a missing child from Illinois to be held without bond.

Authorities in Kentucky charged 23-year old Brian Michael Rini, of Medina, Ohio, after DNA testing proved he wasn't Timmothy Pitzen, who disappeared in 2011 at age 6.

Magistrate Karen Litkovitz said during a brief hearing" I believe Mr. Rini poses a risk of flight.
