University Of North Carolina Identifies Victims In Deadly Shooting

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte has revealed the identities of the two people killed and four injured in a Tuesday afternoon shooting.

The two people slain in the shooting were Ellis Parlier, 19, and Riley Howell, 21, according to university Chancellor Philip Dubois.

Police in Charlotte charged UNC Charlotte student Trystan Andrew Terrell with two counts of murder and four of attempted murder.

Three of the four people he wounded were in a critical condition on Wednesday.
