Miami Herald Reporter: Epstein's Victims 'Distraught' He Won't Face Justice

Miami Herald reporter Julie K.

Brown's 2018 report on Jeffrey Epstein helped spark a new federal investigation into him.

After the pedophile financier's death on Saturday, Brown said she reached out to some of his victims. According to Business Insider, Brown said they were "distraught" that he wouldn't be facing justice.

Though the sex trafficking case against Epstein is moot, there may still be hope that accomplices will be prosecuted in the conspiracy case against him.
