"It is time for a president of the United States of America to say their names," Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren said on Friday (September 20).

Warren has previously called for stronger protections for LGBTQ Americans.

The GLAAD organization says it 'tackles tough issues to shape the narrative and provoke dialogue that leads to cultural change' among the LGBTQ community.
