States Sue Trump Administration Over Revisions To Endangered Species Act

Seventeen states are suing the Trump administration over its move to weaken protections for endangered species.

According to Reuters, the suit was filed in California and announced by Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Becerra said: β€œI don’t think any of us wants a museum to be the only place these children will be able to see a southern sea otter or the desert tortoise.
