Your morning news now... a vote on two articles of impeachment' is expected to happen today among members of the house judiciary committee.

There were clashes during debate yesterday.

But with democrats controlling the committee ... the articles are likely to be approved ... setting up a vote in the full house before christmas.

The trial in the senate would then likely start in the new year.

We'll get new numbers today on how wisconsinites feel about the impeachment inquiry.

Results of the latest marquette law school poll come out this afternoon.

Support for impeaching and removing president trump from office has been decreasing among registered wisconsin voters ... according to the last poll done back in november.

There's an open seat on the onalaska city council.

It's for the third district ... on the city's south side.

Interested candidates need to have paperwork in by the end of this month.

((ad lib weather)) doctors say the flu is especially dangerous for children.

Which is why a newly published study is so alarming.

It finds... only a-quarter of child care centers require children to get the flu shot.

And fewer centers require it for caregivers.

There's a press conference this morning about deke slayton airfest' in la crosse.

It hasn't been held for years because of scheduling difficulties ... and concerns over i-90 construction.

But organizers say they'll talk today about some exciting news for the year 20-21.

The lake superior helicopter' company is handling the rides ... which start at about 50- dollars per person.

For those of you who plan on walking or driving through rotary lights ... remember that you're encouraged to bring along a donation for local food pantries.

The trade off will be a period of snow this morning through early to mid afternoon.

Some spots could see some freezing drizzle as well.

Snow amounts will be around an inch or two in la crosse, lesser amounts south, with 2" to 5"+ possible far north.

Highs today in the low 30s.

Flurries early this evening, otherwise mostly cloudy with lows in the mid-upper teens.

Clouds thicken again friday.

Period of light snow likely during the afternoon and evening.

Highs in the upper 20s to near 30f.
