New Civil Lawsuit Alleges Harvey Weinstein Sexually Assaulted A 16-year-old

A new civil lawsuit filed Thursday against Harvey Weinstein alleges he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in 2002.

The complaint was filed on behalf of Kaja Sokola in New York State Supreme Court.

According to CNN, the legal filing lists Weinstein's brother Robert Weinstein, Disney and Miramax as defendants.

CNN reports that Sokola is accusing Disney and Robert Weinstein of negligence.

Sokola originally filed a complaint against the defendants under a pseudonym as part of a class-action suit.
