Orthodox Jews watch 70 'mitzvah tanks' roll through NYC to celebrate rabbi

The cool moment is seen when 70 "mitzvah tanks" roll down the streets of New York to honor Rabbi Moshiach's 70 years of leadership on Tuesday (February 4).

A Mitzvah tank is a vehicle used by the Orthodox Jewish practitioners of Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidism as a portable "educational and outreach center" and "mini-synagogue" (or "mina-gogue") to reach out to non-observant and alienated Jews.

Mitzvah tanks have been commonplace on the streets of New York City since 1974.
