Basketball playoffs continued tonight... we have so many games... brandon and i had to double team the show... we're going to kick things off in division three... pleasant valley hosted las plumas... the vikings jumped out to a huge lead in the first 24 to 6.

That was chase mitchell... and this is isaiah mccarn in the second... chipping at the vikings lead with a three... but take a look at this later in the second... vikings steal the ball... tosses it up to aaron gomez for the huge dunk!!!

Let's take another look in slow motion... the vikings win 80 to 42... they will play the winner of this game... chico high hosted red bluff... the spartans led in the half by five... but here's stephen schaeffer to tie the game... and one..

The panthers will take the lead in the third 31-30 and shaeffer will extend the lead with a three... they will go up by 11... red bluff trying to close the gap... eli wehby with the basket... but quentin thomas and the panthers will pull away with the win 66 to 47.

They will host the vikings in the semifinals on weednesday.

More division three action enterprise hosting rivals shasta for the fifth time and final time this year... and we were win for a good one from the start.

But they'll have to beat a paradise bobcat squad who's coming off a win over yreka... first quarter, panthers moving the ball around and tanner stephens rises up to open the scoring hitting from midrange... paradise answers back thanks to drew levin.

The junior nails the three putting paradise up one... but it was all u- prep from there.

U-prep handles business from there winning 50-30... next up, we have a division five matchup between two seed los molinos and tenth seeded hamilton who upset portola in a seven point win on wednesday... but the run ended tonight.

The bulldogs defense played true to their mascot... fourth quarter, manny rios with some nice handles but the drive and finish is no good and here's ty iseksen in transition.

Aggresive all night he finished with a team-high 24 points... then after hamilton forces the turnover check out the paint protection the point guard!

Now to some girls basketball... chico high hosted a double header against red bluff... the spartans in transition... but tori mckay gets the steal down court... passes down low to nakhia clements for the score... chico leads 25 to six in the second quarter... spartans ball now --- emma hale with the hot hand shoots for three... she'll get it.... but chico will get the win... 66 to 47.

They will head to enterprise next... who just came off a 55 to 42 win over las plumas..
