Governor Considering Closing Parks (3-30-20)
Mike parson said he will not issue a statewide stay at home order -- even though he said he was disappointed by the number of people who chose to go to the state's parks over the weekend.
At his daily briefing with the media today, he said he is considering closing the parks down during the coronavirus outbreak.
He also admitted that we are a long ways out from being in the clear from covid-19 and getting back to normal.
(sot ) the governor also announced that he's authorized among that is 6 million masks, 5 million gloves and 900,000 face shields.
The governor added that rules have been loosened for medical professionals being allowed to come in from other states to assist and make tele-medicine
