Joseph Country Club will be home to next year's NCAA Division II Central Regional golf tournament for the fourth time overall and the second time for women's golf that's a huge honor and you know they cap something like that means that you know we're going to get the best teams in this region competing to get to the national championship course make sure use every Club in your bag it doesn't matter if it's a men's event women's event Youth Event it doesn't matter it's Golf Course has great tradition and great history and couldn't think of a better venue this will be the 15th NCAA Championship hosted in St Joseph and the city's location is a benefit to the Regent proximity of the course and where we are here in St Joseph is huge for the NCAA San Jose easy to get to it sits right in the middle of our region and so with that when you add all of those things up there's a lot to like you're not only from a hosting standpoint of course standpoint with the insane looks boring the Griffins have graduated a lot of experience over the years and have done well as a team and individually in the postseason to get an individual in first of all you got to get your team into the Regional Championship we had an individual go in 13 we had an individual going 15 we had a team go in 16 and then we having two individuals go all the way through although this golf season was cut short due to the worldwide concerns of the coronavirus the confidence level is high for next year's group to represent well as a host School we've had a team in the Regional Championship every year and are on the cusp of being the elite in the central region of the NCAA Division II men's and women's golf coach and let her staff and we'll have a great opportunity to do well in this event
