Watch South Dakota driver smash thick layer of ice off his car as extreme freezing rain continues.

As winter gives way to spring, cameraman Justin Frantzen captured this rain freezing on his car in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Friday (April 3).

The ice was so thick overnight that in Sioux Falls that Justin had no option but to smash it off with his fists!
