A man in South Dakota captured this Easter snow storm on April 12, hitting the Interstate highway at Sioux Falls and leaving five inches of snow.
The filmer, photographer Justin Frantzen, commented: "Heavy snow, strong winds and temperatures of -2° felt like -14° in the wind chill!"
