A police helicopter struck the outside of a Houston, Texas, apartment building Saturday morning.
According to Business Insider, the crash killed one officer inside the helicopter.
Tactical flight officer Jason Knox was a 35-year-old father of two who swore in as an officer in 2012.
The chief of the Houston Police Department says the helicopter pilot has been hospitalized and is in critical condition.
If that aircraft would've crashed into an occupied building it would've been an ugly scene.
